Miniwallmart — Cheating from miniwallmart

I got a call from miniwallmart in 27july 15 and they offered me their combo offer which include assured gift. as i said i ordered one adidas combo ( one bag, belt, shoe, watch and lower) which was rupees 5499/- including assured gift( dell inspired laptop model 3148 touch screen) . I wanted to payment through net banking but they said that transfer gateway system under maintanance and we accept payment through NEFT transfer and order by mail and we provide product and gift within 5 to 7 working days. I got product on 12 aug 15 which was tataly different from which i selected that means very poor quality. I send product return back to them accept lower and they said we will give you right product and gift within 7 working days but didnt get till now. On 11 sep i got call and they said that you have to pay vat ( 5170/-) for laptop which is assured gift then only we will dispatch your product and gift. I make payment 5170/- through NEFT transfer. Now they are not responding me. They are cheating me from one month. They are saying only tomorrow and day after tomorrow and i do not get my product and gift till now. I am talking to aman, rakesh, vishwash and sana khan. Now they are saying you cant do anything.If require i have recorded all calls which i talked to them.
