Mint Newspaper — not getting delivery of news paper

Hii,
I want to order the news paper so, i have subscribed your news company by paying 1398rs on 6th july 2019. But this amount is cut it down from my bank account and i don't get any confirmation massage from you. I trying to call your customer care service of ahmedabad but i can't reach them. I am waited for monday but still i don't get news paper. Please resolved my complaint fastly and please give some response on e-mail.
