Mint Newspaper — Payment Made for Subscription but Plan not activated

Hi,

On 1st April 2021, I had subscribed to 1 year plan of Live Mint amounting to INR 2949, amount is debited from my Bank account but the transaction got cancelled on server. I have not received the refund yet.

Attached is the screenshot of payment details made from my end.

Request you to arrange for refund or activate my plan as soon as possible.

The complaint is still pending to be resolved.There is also no intimation or connect from the Newspaper Customer service end. This is highly irresponsible and resulting in distrust towards the brand.

Hope you take the right action soon.
