Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation — updating new owner name in property tax bill

I have paid the transfer fee of Rs 1000/- in Sept 2015, to update the new owner name in the property tax bill, its more than 3 years now but still i get the property tax in previous owners name. in-spite of submitting the documents many times to Kashigaon office, every time the reason is the name will be updated from Ram Nagar Office, In Ram Nagar office they say its not their job and the person who had accepted the application will update the name in records.

if we do not pay property tax on time interest is charged for delayed payment, what if delay is from MBMC in updating the records after collecting requisite fees. There must be clear timelines as to within how many days from the receipt of all required fees and documents name will be updated in records.
