Dear sir,

Myself mr. Swapnil dalvi, an adult indian inhabitant, the resident of flat no. 703/2, phase 9, sonam basera co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., new golden nest, bhayander east, thane 401107.

The reason to write this letter to you is to register the complain against sonam basera co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., new golden nest, bhayander east, thane 401107. There is a water seepage from terrace level from last rainy season against which there is no appropriate action has been taken by the society till date. We had written many letters and done several follow ups to society members and informed about this issue. We had discussed the same in sgm of society. Despite of that no action has been taken till date.
It had made damage in ceilings. It has also created the cracks in ceilings. The ceiling paint has also come out. If no action has been taken yet, the situation will be worst by this rainy season.

I had already communicated my complaints to society on personal chat with respective snaps from july 2019 to november 2019 in mode of 6 letters as well as repainting quote from contractors to rectify the ceiling paints. My self as well as most of top floor flat owners have also made 100% additional payment (7, 500.00 rs) for water proofing to society what society was asked to pay to us.

This is the humble request you to handle this matter and take necessary actions to resolve this matter before monsoon.in this regard, i attach herewith all submitted letters to society and also damage ceiling snaps for your review and necessary actions.

Dear sir/mam,

It has been more than 4 days that the street lights of gaurav residency phase 2, are not working. Infact, the entire lane from maire gold till pinnacola are not working.
One accident has also taken place, in which a 3-4 months old stray puppy die.
Hence, i request you to pls help us in providing the street lights connection active/working and do the nneedful. As it's really a dangerous situation at night.

Our Local cable network just disconnected our cable and now are not answering the phone at all.where do we go and ask for assistance.its been 3 weeks, have complaint to to the call centre with no response.

I m the residents of new golden nest phase 7 to 10, sir हमारे कॉंप्लेक्स में सभी दुकानदार covid 19 का बहाना बना के mrp से ज्यादा पैसा लें रहे है, मैंने उनको पूछा कि आप ज्यादा पैसा नहीं लें सकते तो उनका कहना है कि हमें mrp पे सब मिल रहा है तो 1-2 रुपये ज्यादा नहीं कमायेंगे तो क्या फायदा । आप कल सुबह (आम नागरिक बनके और बिना लोकल corporator को बताये)आ के सब दूध वालों से check कर सकते है । सभी दुकान वाले मजबूरी का फायदा खुब उठा रहे है । pls आप action लीजिये. Hi, i just wanted to know whether i can take my bike or Car for bringing groceries from Dmart??? As it is far from my home approximately 3 kms. And it is impossible to bring groceries from that far by walking.
Dmart is not currently following the 3 meters of distance betwén 2 individuals.

Sir as per covid 19 rules all grocery shop will operate from 9 to 5 but dmart is making standing citizen from 7am to collect pass as per mbmc no citizen should go out before or after given deadline then why dmart is making such foolish thing they r even making public fool and i request u to tke strict action against them let them diatribe pass after 9 am

Sir as pvr is closed water usage are nearly nil at pvr. But bmc water is continuing to pvr, their tanks are full and they are forced to empty tanks to avoid overflow and for this they daily empty tanks at terrace of pvr. Kindly stop the supply of bmc water to them till it is not open to save the precious water. Bmc water is not to waste as so many people are still not getting this and people like pvr administration is wasting it continuously wasting it

Since the covid 19 spreading all india. And due to this lock out declared in all over india.
From last 3 to 4 days vegetable retailer near hatkesh chowk near gcc north club are selling vegetable in double tripple rate. Foe e. G
Tomatto prior to lock down was 20 to 30 rw. Kg but now they are selling around 50 to 60 rs. Per kg
Similarly price of other vegetable also increased by 20 to 30 percent. Vegetable vendor taking rge advantage of this situation. Request you to please conduct the visit and authetic the rate card as per market.

This is on behalf of all the society members to request mbmc department for shifting of garbage dumping place.

In the environment of dengue, malaria and as especially of corona virus, in the last week your mbmc had shifted garbage dumping place from allocated open ground to front of residential area.

The location is backside of rajnigandha chs society, building no.1, 2, 3, agarwal complex, miragaothan, mahajan wadi, miraroad-east, thane-401104.

Request mbmc for shifting of dumping place from front side of residential area to jungle area.

In our society no one can cleans society daily some times garbage keeper is coming sometimes not if we telling that garbage keeper for our problems than also they are not listening and not cleaning our society properly and also not coming sometimes in our society there is a small compound next to my home only and that compound is very dirty garbage keeper is not cleaning so i am complaining for that garbage keeper.. We hope you will take the actions soon for cleanliness in this situation of corona virus in india.. Thank you..

We stay at navgahr road bhayander for the past many years. For the past 8 to 9 months there is acute water crises at our area and now it has worsen as we get water only for 10 mins and some days none at all. This issue is only at navghar road it seems as our family and relatives at bhayander west and mira road are getting their share of water. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest as it is very difficult to manage and survive in these conditions.

Garbage and ravish material dump back side of society, maritime i complain tu society chairman and secretary but they not take any auction, everyday society sweeper dum the garbage in back side of my window and fired in open place, please do the needful, because of this mosquito increase their and pollution also, building secretary take note any action please. Take action to society secretary.

In my society builder contracts four illegal house's and i'm facing the from from that i have been complaint for last eight year's for illegal contraction i have a letter that corporation officer that accept my complaints letter but till now they didn't take any action on that please check on the given address below and i hope you will take a action as soon as possible thank you

Bhayandar east b p road is already very conjested we feel at risk when we walk on the road as more than half the road is captured by hawkers... On top of that ths shopkeepers cover the full footpath with their dislay of products... If we tell them they come to fight and tell us walk on road footpath is for them... Requesting the mahanagar palika to take strict action... Please dont dissapiont us as we heavily rely on you all

I would like to highlight and register a complaint against stray dogs living in our society. There are very dangerous and aggressive stray dogs living in our society Campus. Now a days its become very difficult for us and our children's to walk down safely in this area. Recently I have observed that whenever any person or kids passing from that area they attack randomly on any of the kid/person without any reason.

Already Stray dogs had bitted many people.

Hence my humble request to MBMC officials to please take note of these incidents and send someone to catch all these stray dogs at earliest from our society.

Please take them away from our society before next victim gets catch by these dogs.
Hope you will understand the importance of human life and corrective action will be taken from your end soon.

Expect your kind co-operation in this regard.

Post-holder are not giving us proper responde to us and tell me to broke society pipe and manhole pipe .

I am complaining about the maintenance of the trees is not goof enough..

I wish we should have more trees & plants all over this area where i live & it should be taken care every month..

I live beside bright international school near market point kanakia police station.

I request you wherever there is empty space beside road side please plant a tree or pot plants.. Its just to maintain a good & healthy environment for us to breath purely in this pollution..

Let's make mira road full of trees & have a healthy environment & i request our hon'ble prime minister of india, shri narendra modi's government to take part in this initiative to make mira road a green station (Full of trees)

This is my 2nd complain, there is a vegitable hawker whcih has illlegally encrochment on society passage and road this result in garbage, trafic conjection and other issues. we have informed him to remove his cart fform there but he says he is here from more thn 10 years and he wont leave this place., he has dared us to complain to MBMC and said even MBMC wont be able to move him as he has contacts inside.

From the past 4-5 days I have been seeing a road which was dig for cleaning gutter is still left as open. The dangerous part is that it is on the left side of the Mira bhayander highway near silver park signal.
During night the visibility is very less any bike or car can stuck into it which may result into loss of life. Apart from that exact next to the open gutter there are many poor people who are residing they have small kids. in case if any kid falls into the gutter then who is responsible.
I request you to class it as soon as possible before it leads to any mishap.

The drainage chambers in society is over flowing the dirty water is spilling over. This will create health hazards in society. There is saptik tank where all drainage water is gathered is now full and need to clear. Society is ready to pay the any chargies if corporation think that it is paid work.

My name is satish kumar, resident in mira road. I have monthly pass for my bike parking. I daily park my bike and go to duty, and everyday i got my bike at different place. Today again in the night on 09/05/19, i got my bike at different place after searching of approx 30min; and my bike had spitting of parag and gutkha.
When i asked the night person about the same then they misbehaved and used abusive language (They might have drunk in the night).
One of them has asked me extra money (As bribe) while making the monthly pass.
They regularly do the same behavior... Which acts as harassment. Kindly look over this as we are usually paying and parking.

Iam resident owner of shop no:8 in navgrah chs, i-55/56, poonam sagar complex, miraroad east thane-401107. The tenant of shop no:7 is running a carpenter shop where manufacturing of furniture is done, due to which we are facing problem of constant nuisance and dust pollution. We have warned him several times and inform the society for the same, but no action is still be taken. Iam taxpayer and lawyer by profession. I regularly pay my property tax and maintenance, but because of this nuisance and pollution my health and work is affected.

Request you take action on the same and help me.

Subject : water is not coming

There is no water in our house for many days. Then we ask our neighbor then he said that water is not coming in our house.

Then we asked the building security and she is saying not coming in our building then the common people asked what to do now then they she said that tomorrow will come water it has been a week since the water has not come in the building. Then again we asked the security building then they talked to the water supplier and ask for water and use since then, we are using water supplier water.

I hope you solved the problem of this water as quickly as possible.

The adjoining ground on the back side of our society uses too high volume speakers for the respective regional functions which causes a lot of disturbance in the building effecting old age people and students those who are studying for their exams. Please look in to the matter as early as possible so that the health of old persons and career of students doesn't get spoil.

Whenever i talk to mbmc officers they ask for 50 thausand really it's to much according to formality
And my neighbor buy connection in 20 thausand why always middle class people face the corruption issues

I am a resident of mira road from past 10 yrs and i bought a home in qamar appartment station road, from past 3 years in my building i am facing problem, we get water after 2 days and that too that much lil water that only one human can bath, this building was constructed by munna seth, he is the son of mummy and brother of muzaffar hussain.
When we ask about why water shortage we get the answer that as munna seth has not paid water line bill that's why bmc has cut the supply of water, even we, we are the tax payer plus we pay maintenance bill but still we have such problem, as per i think they are making other building and using our building water there.
Its a request to you, kindly check it what is the main issue and resolve it soon pease, as we residence of this building really need someones help

Sewage gutter near laxmi classic chs road, laxmi park miraroad is full and blocked.

As this gutter is blocked the buildings waste water is coming up frequently. Kids can fall ill due to this. Please solve this asap.
