Dear sir,

I am a resident of mira cooperative housing society located opposite the national highway no. 8 flyover behind hotel amar palace, mira, 401104.

I would like to bring to the concerned authorities’ notice the situation of streets in our locality. Since the construction of the flyover from western park upto mira gaonthan on the national highway, our locality is drawn in darkness at night as there are no lights to take away the dangerous darkness and to provide safety to the citizens while crossing the road. The funny thing is that the electricity board has installed poles on either side of the road to supply light, but these are just poles, not the electricity.

There is apprehension of some major accident taking place, because the traffic passes over this road round the clock. The necessity of electrification requires no emphasis.in addition to accidents, cases of thefts and robbery can also not be denied. Darkness may lead to any kind of mishappening.

We, the poor citizens just want the concerned authorities to pay heed to our request, take this matter seriously and get the streetlights fixed as soon as possible.

I have been a local resident of satsang 2, b wing, poonam sagar complex, mira road east, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401107. The foothpath side gutters are open at our side due to which my child got dengue. The foothpath gutter is covered of opposite side whith concrete. I request you to plz cover the guuter with concrete as many resident people are becoming victim of dengue. I also complaint in mira bhayander muncipality but till now they did not solved my problem. I request you to please help me regarding it

For last 1 week, we are facing lots of problem of mosquitoes nuisance in our area. The main reasons behind this is due to drain/rain water stagnant inside and outside the premises. There is blockage of water at the mhada building entrance which got reversed/stagnant at the shanti garden, sector 3.

Due to the above reasons, there is tremendous mosquitoes in our sector and one of the watchman is suffering from malaria. Before, it spread in the entire society and surrounding areas, please take necessary action.

The street from mira road station (Railway track road), naya nagar, behind shams masjid.
This street is full of illegal hawkers handcarts parking. On this street a shop was haired by some hawkers and more then 25 peoples stay in one single shop and their 30 to 40 handcarts just laying on the street. Beside the illegal parking they throw all their garbage allover the street making it stink. Our local residents can’t park our own cars because the parking is full of handcarts. Some times it’s even hard to walk.
Please help us to put an end over this gundagardy.
It’s our humble request to please make this street as no hawkers street (Na ferywala zone).

I am a citizen of mira road and daily commuter by local train, my complaints is outside lobby of mira road which is newly constructed is very dirty and looking that it is not being cleaned from so many days. Today i complained to mira road station master, she said that area is coming under mbmc

Our pm has launched swachh bharat abhiyan but if you will visit mira road station you will feel shame and feel that it is not being implemented properly and only on paper.

I am requesting you to arrange to clear outside of mira road station and newly constructed lobby on daily basis.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards grive rances of public near junction of haidry chowk, which is very sensitive turning point haidry chowk is pickup &dropping point of various school buses. Some buses take u turn here. Lots of parents waits for their school bus either with their little children or for pickup their kids from bus. Due to entire footpath and half of the road are captured by hawkers (Hathgadi) and their customer, cause many accident happens oftenly.
Recently a new business on hathgadi started in morning like puri bhaji and kabab pav in evening till midnight using unauthorised gas cylinder on the road which is very explosive and sensetive. Sometimes the customer comes on motorcycle and four wheeler to purchase vegetable and kabab pav the road become very conjusted. Cause severe accident.
Sir this is the turning point but some motor bike runs their bikes very fast (Like naya nagar style) and road become conjusted due to double parking.
We see always accident at the corner there are much probability of severe accident if heavy vehicles crash among them near the gas cylinder and there may be severe explosive; danger for human life in future and these turning point which is declared hawker zone will become shamshan point (Zone)
Hence therefore request you to kindly declare at least 30- 35 meter in length area of turning point as"no hawker zone" with your god gifted power and solve the traffic problem as well as save the human life and avoid big accident in future.
We hope that you will consider the problem sympathetical and will take necessary /suitable action as early as possible... We will be highly obliged for this act of kindness

In bhayandar west, near rajesh hotel on station road there's a leakage of pipe line, all the water is running directly into the gutter.. It has been 18 hours already since i witnessed this and its an enormous waste of water. Kindly look after this matter as soon as possible and save more water from wasting. If not resolved í will have to complaint to the higher authorities.. Please stop that wastage of water fast.

We are facing many problems related to the street dogs in noopur palace mira road area near rassaz . Today one dog has attackted my dad and he is injured in it very badly.previously also one street dog to have attackted to my younger brother and many other peoples.From many days we are facing this problems.there is one lady resides in Siddhart complex she always provides foods to this street dogs and fits against residents of this area to protect this dogs bt we really think that act of this lady is creating problems for us.we request you to kindly look into it and provide solutions.we are not against the animals bt they are attacking us regular and it's very difficult to tackle them.

I paid tax amount of 3000+ last yea by online payment, during payment confirmation got some issue in website and receipt was not generated. I checked with bank and they confirm payment is credited in mbmc account.

This year bill includes due amount also. Please do the needful

Hi, if priviously told water supply cuts to mira bhayandar should have been stoped on jan 2016, but its still ongoing, according to stats we have 45% water cuts, which is above the 30% which was supposed to be the case.

there is no drinking water, in this day and age, where many areas have 24 hours connections, neibouring cities got 24 hours water, while we are begging for water,

unless the situation is improved we will be forced to deploy a high power water pump to supply to our society needs..

which will be waste of alot of money and resources, but there is no other option left as, in the morning we saw the same muncipal water suppliers advertising about selling water.

yes you first cut our water supply then sell us water.

This refers to the big Ground near Sector - 6, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road East whcih is used by United Sports Club and other people for prayer meetings etc. There is a open gutter in this ground in which there is filthy staganant water throughout the year. During monsoons it overflows. This gutter is full of mosquitoes. As a result, our homes are full of mosquitoes. Even during the day there is no rest from the mosquitoes. Request kindly fumigate that gutter and please close that gutter like the ones that are on the roads. We spend so much money on mosquitoe repellents and even then we get mosquitoe bites. Please do the needful at the earliest before some one gets DENGUE. Please note we have metal nets on the wndows.

My property bill what I received of 14664.22 Rs, which I paid on 14th March 2015, below is screenshot for payment reference, somehow the receipt what got generated was not right, amount was showing zero (attached) but it (14664.22 Rs) got deducted from HDFC account. http://www.mbmc.gov.in/property/get_property.php ( official website of MBMC). Hello Sir, This is in regards to the water supply to our Society Sanskruti, the Water Supply to our Society Premises is very irregular, we get water only after 36 to 40 hours & that too insufficient the pressure of the water is very low, we also have doubt that the pipeline of our Society is leaking near the Mary Gold 2 building. Request you to please send the person from the water supply department to check the pipe line and get the pipe line repaired and also to check the flow of the water which is not at all in pressure. We are facing this issue since last 4 months, the committee has also given 2 written applications for the water problem but still we have not got any solution to the problem raised. Request you to please solve the problem of the water which we are facing since last 4 months . As soon as you enter Kashigaon from Western Express Highway you will face the potholed road. Road leading to Agrwal Green Village via JariMari pond is loaded with potholes that are so deep that you cant avoid jerks even at near zero speed. The road via Manali CHS is also similar and the residents of this area everyday facing the difficulty specially pregnant women and senior citizens. This is to inform that the gutter drainage of Mayur c.h.s.ltd.agarwal complex kashigaon, is over flowing giving dirty stink.we have to keep our kitchen & bedroom windows closed for 24 hours without ventilation due to foul smell and mosquitos entering the house, I am afraid that it may cause malaria, dengue.After repeated complains to my society its of no avail.my scty.name is green village bldg.no.2, c.h.s ltd.at agarwal complex kashigaon.nor Mayur society is ready to repair it.I feel that this act is liable to the penalty immposed for both the society s and get the muck cleared as early as possible.

Very Sad to Say about the, Drainage and Road in the Area, Drainage Near RBK School is under constrcution from last 10 months, & for Slab Drain construction the took 4 months, I request ti Mr. Contractor about the Slab drain and Drainage construction, but he relied that due to delay in payment from MBMC the work get dealyed and he has no humanity to dump some crush aggregates near slab drain to swift traffic flow. main thing i have to mention here that, Thousand of peoples coming to RBK school and self RBK school has Management but no one pressured the local body or Contractor to do work fastly. So all Beverly parks RESIDENT TO GET UNITE AND STAND AGAINST THE LOCAL BODY AND OUR REPRESENTATIVE TO TAKE ACTION AND GET BETTER INFRASTRUCTURE TO ALL O[censored]S.. SO SOME ONE HAS TO COME FORWARD TO START CAMPAIGN AGAINST LOCAL BODY TO IMPROVE THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE BEVERLY PARK... SADGURU COMPLEX.

I purchase my flat in agarwal complex moraroad and i was not receiving the property tax paying notification. i applied for the same to miraroad municiple corporation , but the officers are not signing on the notification and iam not getting the notification iam following up for the same from last 6 months. we are ready to pay the tax we are ourself asking for the notification and yet we are not receiving the notification the most redicules thing that is happening.
