I ordered one product which got delivered after one and half month. But it was a defective one. Since they didn't have reverse pick up facility, so i sent back the product via courier. It has been successfully delivered to miracas but still they have not issued the voucher in my name.

Whenever i call the customer care, one standard reply 'all our customer care executives are busy'. Over mail also they are not replying. Please do the needful. Order #112391

    Miracas international is a big cheater. Miracas replied after complaint order #22370 that dear customer, this is to inform you that voucher has been issued to you to your account and is available while check out. Team @ miracas

      I had ordered a dress on july 31 2017, and its been showing that the product is been with delhi customs for clearance from past one month, but still i haven't received any tracking id.
      I have not received any tracking id of my order till now. Whenever i try to contact customer care, they tell please call back after sometime, as they are always busy.
      If they cannot deliver the product let them refund the money paid, as thats a hard earned money which is not worth on spending these people

        Donot place any order with this website. They are frauds who are just after your money!!!
        I placed an order on miracas for my boyfriend's birthday. The product is stuck in custom and i have been trying to call them and requesting them to clear it asap, but they donot receive calls or reply to mails. I had placed another order a month back which too got stuck in customs and never arrived. I had to cancel it. Pathetic service and horrible experience.

          I had ordered a dress on August 20th,
          According to latest update it is showing dispatched, after customs clearance at New Delhi. but still i haven't received any tracking ID.

            It has been almost 8 month, i have not received my order. I paid them inr 7335 through my credit card. For few months the status kept saying order is stuck with customs, after which it said order has been put on hold. There is no customer care/no number to contact. After registering multiple complaints on their website, they had assigned a relationship manager roopam to me, who also did'nt care to respond despite multiple follow - ups. They very easily closed my case saying, they have returned my money. I have given them all the proofs stating no refund has been made but they refuse to help.

            It is complete fraud.
            I need my money back from them and would request you to ban this website from selling its products and fooling people around.

              I have been trying all customer sources of service as prescribed by your site but none of them are responsive. I placed an order dated 30/07/17 with order no.#112184. But unfortunately have not yet received the order and trying to track the order as guided by your site but it shows outdated information. I am frustrated with all your contact system because none are working. How can a customer trust such a site which is least bothered to intimate its customer w. R. T. An order. I had made an online payment of rs.1590 but the site doesnt bother to contact its customers even after receiving the amount. Please refund the amount if cannot be deliverd or update the present status of the product.

                Hi team,

                I placed an order on jul 03, 2017 with the order id #104697 and i still haven’t received any update on anything yet. The team doesn’t respond to the emails and their contact number is always invalid and i am really tired of waiting to hear from them.

                This order is the recent order placed but prior to this, i made an order for the same products and they made me wait for 3 months continuous and then cancelled saying they faced custom issues. They kept doing this all the time. If asked for the refund of money to my bank account, they don’t do and then don’t provide the products as well. This is really ridiculous for someone to run business like this.

                All i ask is for the quicker delivery of the products or the refund of the money into my bank account which they are not doing! I also have a voucher that was received because of miracas cancelling the product. The voucher is the money that i had paid for the product and i just want the money back in my bank account.

                  i have done my payment as price 2490Rs of my order stylish velvet sleeves jacket[protected] through credit card on 18 july2017 but still my order is not deliverd on my address
                  I ordered on blazer on 16th july..Till date its showing order is in customs... And even there is no replay from miracus...
                  I have placed a order of stylish velvet sleeves jacket on jul 18, 2017.
                  but it is not delivered yet now. my order no. 108715.when i tracked my order, it showing- my order is pending with Indian customs at Delhi international airport till 3august.
                  i request you to please deliver my order.

                    I have booked an order on 25th july 2017 and still i am waiting for the order delivery.
                    They even dnt tell how apprx. Time will take to deliver and if we tract the status it shows that it is under custom clearance. They dont pick the call, all the time it say our customer executive is busy and thereafter phone got disconnected automatically.

                    Guys be careful dont buy anything from this site.

                    Its been a couple of months I have ordered a Blazer on Miracas. So far the product not delivered no one from the team is responding on it.I request you to look into the case and do the needful.

                      My ORDER #84381 has been shown to be at delhi customes since 12th july I tried to call their customer care no even send emails and use msg service also but none of them respond to my complaint. And while calling no executive talked to me always says all executive are busy right now call another time. Even there is no option for cancellation of order and they refund in vouchers what is the use of voucher if they didn't deliver the items

Its a weird situation to wait for a long and not getting any response from them. Now, its a time to take legal action from ourside.

                        Order not received since more than one month. Order id is order #101435. I had paid 1300 rupees.

                        I had placed this order on june 14th. On tracking my order it shows undergoing custom clearance in new delhi since june 30th.
                        There has been no update on it. It is august 5th now and it shows the same till date. My money is stuck and there has been no communication from them. I have tried to contact numerous times through phone and email. Phones are never available within the time given on site and mails are not an option now. They send an instant mail that they have moved to the message platform completely. I communicated through multiple messages on their site, i have not yet received any reply to my problems. I have tried all avenues.

                        I need a refund of my money soon or the product. Please kindly look into this.

                        They haven't delivered my order till date.

                          I have not received my order and they are not receiving call on the number given on thier website
                          The tracking details they have given me for aramax however when i called to them they say we have only receive your address information and miracas did not send any package yet. I am help less not as i payed them online and not able to reach them. It seems fake company

When I track my order it is said that it is undergoing customs clearance which will take 4-5 days but now it's more than 3 weeks. I don't expect this pathetic service from your company. Deliver it as earliest as possible or refund the money.

                            Respected miracas team, order no#104357 placed on 2nd july, 2017. Expected date to reach order was 18th of july, 2017. Myself shyamkumar rathod. I have order one slim fit blazer having order no#104357 which was placed on 2nd of july, 2017. I have track online but after 18th of july i didn't received my order item. I have already try to contact by calling customer care but it always shows all "miracas representative busy".. Please inform me about my order as soon as possible.. Online it shows its pending due to uncontrolled customs clearance at delhi.. But how many days it take to clear (Expected 2 to 5 days already passed)??? Thank you..                               On wednesday 12th july at 6:30 pm. There was no cash on delivery payment mode. Money got deducted from my account. But i did not receive any order confirmation and details regarding the order placed. I am not able to reach the customer care over phone as it is getting disconnected every time i am calling. There is no response for even the emails i am writing to the company. Please let me know what i could do now.

                                I placed n order in march order #83570 it was cancelled by miracas due to sla issuse, my order was stuck in so called delhi custom.. Money was refunded in miracas account.

                                I order again order #101821, history is repeated the same old story, my order is stuck in delhi custom.
                                Strick action action should be taken against this company they are just fooling people.

                                We are all fooled by miracas in some or the other ways. Request you all to contact the attached no. N file a complaint offically

                                  I ordered (Order no #22370) date 19 march 2017 a black contrast sleeve one buttoned blazer from miracas international worth 2210.50. But due to fitting issue i wanted to return so i contacted them. They informed me "
                                  We are sorry to inform you that, we do not have reverse pickup facility in your region. Please courier back the product to the following address. Upon receiving the product we will issue a voucher for the same amount and rs 100 /- for courier charges.

                                  Miracas lifestyle pvt ltd, b1, madhurang heights, opposite nine hills, nibm road, pune - 411 048
                                  [protected]:14:46".
                                  After replied by miracas i return order no #22370 (Blazer) through postal service. Then miracas again replied me that "we have received the returned product at out warehouse and the voucher will be issued shortly.
                                  [protected]:58:20" and today's date 20/07/2017 still i haven't received any voucher and now i want to my money back. Please do the needful.

                                    The product is not good. Very bad. And as compare to product the rate is very high. And when i want to return it. It says it can't be returned. Very bad service..                                       I had placed an order for a leather jacket worth rs 2390 on this miracas international online shopping site on 17th june 2017. My order id is order #10193. But i have not recieved the order still. It's been more than a month now and still have not recieved any response from them regarding its delivery. I was supposed to get the product by 4th july but even after that i havnt recieved it. They are giving some excuses saying its been caught up at delhi and no response after that. I have made entire amount payment by my credit card. When i dropped mails no one responded... When i call the customer care, nobody answers my calls. Either refund my amount or deliver my product.
