I submit that the, i chelluri satyanarayana, employee of andhra pradesh police department of west godavari district, eluru. I purchased the some wearing jeans, tees, blazers in your store but still not reached to my given address. So many times i purchased products in your store. But, still not reached to me and not refunded my money. All money stored in your wallet section. So many times calling to given customer care number of[protected], but, no body responded and disconnected the call every time. I am frustrated on to your miracas company. So many times message to you in online miracas website but no answer to me. 1) why i am approaching consumer forum against you, 2) why i am case registered in police station against you 3) why i am booking cheating case against on you.
Hence, i request kind miracas officials as early possible please refund my money to the account no.[protected], chelluri satyanarayana, ifsc:sbin0000836, state bank of india, n. R. Peta branch, eluru, w. G. Dist.,
Once again please consider my complaint & request.in this regard every order screen shots is enclosed herewith.

I ordered designer leisure blazer ₹2890 on online payment.Ordered no 172163, till today, I have neither received and not received some information.Please help me, i have online payment but i didnt reach my home.

I ordered a gown costing 3190 on cash on delivery, delivery person came took money and he didnt allow me to open the package at that time as per company policy, but when i opened it. The dress is cheap short plain dress not even close to the cost i paid. What is this, these people do not contact through mails even there number mentioned is fake.
They are not even replying to my mials

I have purchased clothing worth of 2558.70 rupees but i haven't got my products delivered.
I have placed the order on 12th jan 2019 and still not got the products delivered.
Their phone numbers are fake, all of the emails and other customer care leads to wrong places apart from that which belongs to miracas.

I have ordered a blazer having order no.170448 on 26th december 2018 for family function on jan 2019. I got the reference of this company via facebook and placed the order amounting to rs. 3051/-. However the product was not delivered on time i. E on jan 2019.. After having so much patience, i emailed them about the issue, however the reply is just that it is stuck in custom clearance in new delhi and we shall courier the same shortly. I tried calling the customer care number also, however those are fake number and it is always not available. I want my money back. Never ever order from miracas or any company posted through facebook. Please help on the same.

Sir i want to cancel my order with orderid #169623. I ordered on 27/11/2018 for family function, still i did not got the product and it has been more than 3 months. I used the miracas website first time to purchase the product and on the site there is no much options to do cancellations. I have drop the message more than 10 times to miracas message service but no response. Please help me in this.

Have made multiple attempts to reach miracas to app, email, message customer care phone number and facebook had no luck and thought that this is going to like an nightmare.

Now it's over 2 month still there has not been any appropriate response coming from miracas and it's team.

There is no response on when i shall get the delivery. Later i send another message asking to cancel the order and refund me the relationship manager assigned does not take any ownership.

I just want my money back.

I had placed an order on may 27, 2018 for a designer blazer through miracas.com the payment for which was made online. Since then have been following up on account of non-receipt of the said order delivery but nothing has been heard from their side so far. This is actually extremely unprofessional approach at their end for not addressing the concerns of their customers. It's very unfair and dismal that customers keep on chasing for the delivery after placing the orders. This episode has created a very bitter experience with miracas and have prompted me to not to have any dealing with them in future and to apprise others as well about this episode. I have been asking miracas to refund me the amount of the said order immediately but no response has been received from them

I had ordered a dress on dec 5, 2018, order #169685 its been showing that the product is been with delhi customs for clearance from past one month, but still, i haven't received any tracking id. Whenever i try to contact customer care, i could not call them and there is the response for the email sent are the message service. Worst experience

Even i have tried to contact customer service and via email but still did not received any response. Even with there messaging assitent i have tried and said that representative will call, however i did not receive any respose till now.

I ordered (#51502 dt 15 jan 2017) 5 items but after a long waiting i got only two items and remaining items canceled by you & my money is stuck. Once again i order (#87128 dt 26th september 2017) 4 items to recover my previous outstanding with additional money. Once again my order is cancelled by you. Once again i ordered it's also canceled. Its weast of time & money to place order.

It's been more than two months haven't received my dress yet. Please initiate the refund. even after multiple messages am not getting any response. The contact us number do no work at all. Please help. The order was given on 22nd November it's a red dress. The order ID is 169471. The customer care does not respond to my messages please revert asap or shall take legal action.

I have ordered a blazaer almost 18 months ago but the same got suck in custom clearance in delhi and i didn't recieve my order. Now, the amount has been added to my wallet rs 3500 but when i am ordering the product again, i am not able to use the wallet amount.
I have tried to calling the customer care number provided on the site but no luck, i have texted miracas on fb but no response, i have dropped mail many times on the email id provided but no response.
I request you to either refund my amount to my bank account or allow me to use the wallet amount.

I am extremely disappointed with the service you are trying to offer to your customers.
First of all your customer care number to bombay is always busy and leaving voice message also no one got back for many months now.. So this is pathetic and horrible online ecom site and service.

My order order #165797 was placed on june 14th and the status shows stuck in delhi custom clearance from july 2nd which is more than 6 months now.

So do you have any plan in place or process in place to do custom clearance, if not on what basis are you doing the business?

I have wallet balance of 1500/- and while checking out i am not able to use it.. I need the voucher code to use it... Better still refund me that money as i can not order one more product from your site and wait for infinite time like this current order.

I need total refund of 1500/- of wallet and 982/- of current product.

I had placed order of formal wear jacket jacket code-xxn-971 amount of inr-1701, and i paid through pay online via. Visa card on nov.14.2018. Estimated delivery is 3rd december 2018 but still not delivered. And again i placed another order on december 5th 2018. Order no#169879 trendy dark blue elastic waist pants. Pt90041 inr-1390 even this order i had paid through pay online via visa card estimated delivery is 24th december 2018 both the product are still not deliver. They give the same statement delayed due to uncontrollable circumstance, and i tried more than 100s of time to the given customer care for urgent query but its never work. Kind look forward to my concern and update whether i had to get my order or otherwise i want immediate to credit the amount which debited from my account.

Order no. 169335 and order no. 169173. They were ordered and paid online an amount of inr 6241/- for both the orders via debit card, dated 13/112018 and 18/12/2018. But still undelivered. No contact from customer care. No replies on mails. Tell me the current status and get it delivered to me, otherwise be ready to face legal consequences against your website and company.
