I have ordered a tshirt in miracs on 21st march, order number 077057 - which costed me around 1590/- inr. Till now their tracking system says its in delhi customs.
They says it will be a free process can be cleared with in 2-3 days or more. But its like a heck of one month till now its not been delivered.
No one give response for the tickets raised for them, no one give response in messaging, even don't ask for their customer support number, thats heck like a hell.
Consumer forum should take an action against miracas, its frauding their customers like anything.
Please do some need full to us.

    I ordered two blazers at http://miracas.com/ZS/feed/ on April 9 and i received one blazer but i returned back because size mismatch and i got confirmation from phone that they received and told to increase size of blazer to XL. After that no communication regarding my order or any reply yo my messages from miracas. Its more than one month after my order. Please resolve it. Let me know status of order no #2919

      I placed an order on 30th april 2016 with order id 4590 of a stylish casual slim fit shirt and im not satisfied with the quality and size of the product and want to return it. Please initiate the refund process as soon as possible. The product that was displayed on your website appeared much better than the product that i have received. Besides that the size of the product is not proper. The quality of the product is also very poor. Im discontented with the product and request you to initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

        I have ordered a wrist watch (order id - 075111) which was pre-paid, from Miracas in December 2015 and after 3 months got a mail that the order is cancelled and they won't refund the money in cash as per the company policy.
        Then again I ordered a different wrist watch (order id - 076949) in March and I got a confirmation mail from them that the order is shipped. But now it shows the status as order cancelled as it is out of stock. Again they are not willing to return the amount in cash.
        I need them to return my money in cash as I have no patience left to shop with them again.
        They are a fraud company selling sub-standard products.

          I have placed an order with miracas on 10th March, 16 and haven't received it as of 29th April. After having read all these complaints I realise I'm not the only one these people are fooling.
          Furthermore their tracking page is out of service so I don't even know what's happening with my product. The status since the last one month was that it's being held up at customs.
          Their customer care doesn't pick up my calls either.
          Miracas, please respond and tell me if I will ever receive my order. If not I want to my money back in my account.

            Hi, I had placed my order on 05-03-16 worth Rs.2500/- but till date I have not received it. Customer care executive gives standard replies that it is stuck in customs & would be delivered once it is cleared. They do not have a concrete answer. Even their website says that it would take maximum 15 working days to deliver. Why is it that every customer complains for the same problem. Why don't they write this upfront on their websites that we neither deliver the product nor refund the money.

            Customer care threatens to disconnect the call. John, who is their senior is useless & doesnt even bother to come to call. They are purely fake. I would definitely take this to next level if this is not resolved.

Miracas says delhi custom issue and all time same massage sand.2 nd order is[protected] order no 076681 the company says same issue and emails.2 or 3 type of email arrange by company. When i trying to recover my product feed back trough my email miracas issue same email. The miracas company is big layer. I request to all of people cannot purchase on this miracas company...

                They always say it will come on this date but it is not happening as they are looting so many customers i want you to take proper action to these

                As you might already know from our real time tracking system, your product has arrived New Delhi International Airport and is undergoing customs clearance. This is a third party process and usually takes 2-3 working days. But sometimes, if the Indian Customs asks for specific details, this process can take more time. We do the customs clearance on your behalf and process all the documents so that you do not have to worry about the paperwork.

                Also please note that customs clearance is a FREE service provided by miracas.com . There will NOT be any extra charges.

                As soon as the product is cleared we will intimate you about the status. Also you will receive the details tracking details via email.

                A few days ago I ordered a product with order id #48157. Yesterday the tracking was showing that the order is in the last stage and today it was supposed to get cleared and get ready for delivery. But today i am getting a new update that showing that there is a cuatom clearence undergoing in New Delhi. I have no idea why this update is showing when it was only yeaterday when everything was cleared. I hope to get a positive reply in between 2-5 business days.
                I messaged you guys but got no reply. That kind of attitude is not expected from a online brand. I look forward to get a mail or message as reply and a progress in tracking on or before 5 business days.

                  2 month, have been passed but still my order is not dispatch 076560. What the hell is going on. Customer care executive every time said the same thing next 2 days you will receive your order... I need my money back

                  I Believe this is fraud company and site who collect money from the user put iit in the bank for interest for atleast one month and then cancelled your order.
                  After 2 months my order got cancelled ny saying that out of stock.. Before that it was hold by Delhi Customs .. WTF is this i will complaint against MTF..

                    My order number is- 76863 (blazzer from this site) ammount-3, 290

                    It shows that your order is pending with indian custom ! Last time I orderd same thing it got cancelled(order no-75262) but it got repeated same as before.It took two months and Shows the same message earlier that your "order is pending with custom" .I message, called, requested to higher authority to deliver my product as soon as possible, but neither they lisitened nor they replied for confirmation message. My money is already paid with mircas before my order. they take approx a month to deliver any product, its okay but after waiting for almost 14-16 days it dispays that your order is pending with indian customer, after that they will tell that it take 2-4 days but they didnt deliver after taking approx 2 month. after that i have got a mail that your order has been cancelled!! kindly guide me how can i get my money back from these type of fraud site!!!

                      Team Miracas has set an example for me not to rely on online shopping. I have ordered a product in late Jan 2016 and haven't received yet as on 17 March 2016. The order number is 075965‎.

                      I tried many times via email/call and received no response. I suspect if it is genuine company.

                      Per tracking, I see my request is pending due to Indian Custom since a month and I understand that it's not in an individual's hand and is possible.


                      However, my concern over their response. They don't respond via mail. When I tried calling executive disconnect the call. I further tried and received a recorded message "all executives are busy".

                      I am worried as I lost my amount of 3000/-. Is there anyway I can get my amount?

Whenever I call the customer care on there number[protected]. They receive the call and then disconnect.. They are not giving any positive response.                           Sir i have ordered a jacket from this site in November 2015.But that was not good so i have returned that.Regarding this order company has given me a voucher .After that i have ordered two items worth that price .But there is no any responce . Today I have got an email that your order has been canclled and u'll receive a credit slip.But when I have used that voucher code that says that This code has expired .

                              I have done a order no.75388 on 15 January, 2016. My order confirmed same day and my delivery date was shown 02.02.16. I regularly track online on miracas.com and call costumer care on[protected]. But, customer care lady told me all time that your product dispatch next 2 days. But i did not received my order till today. Please help me.

                                I made purchase in the site worth 3762 rs/- on 19th December.As I could see in track order order has been arrived to India in 28th December and It was supposed to reach me in next 7 working days.Sadly 2 months have been passed and still I didn't receive my product.One month ago after calling couple of times when i could reach the customer care representative, she said my product has been shipped and I would receive the product in next 2 days.I never get a reply to my mails.I am completely frustrated with the poorest service provided by this site.Literally harassing customers.I want immediate action to be taken against it ASAP.

                                  I had tried transaction online to MIRACAS INTERNATIONAaL which merchant reference no is 658606, amount of 3390/-, the same was not successful. but the amount was debited from my account (Because of Internet problem).

                                  i had made another payment on same merchant reference no 658606 and it was successful. I have attached two payment receipt copy. Pls find the attached copy.

                                  So I request to you please refund the dispute Rs. 3390/-.

                                    I called the customer service of miracas today and they have not sent my product yet.they have taken my money. It's about to be a month. Every time I call they dnt emphatise. They are so rude and scammers.I told them that I complained to consumer complaints. They said that consumer care can't do anything to their company. They told me to complain to anyone. Please help me. They have. Taken over a thousand rs from me. My order number is 73737....

                                      I have ordered a jacket worth Rs2990 and paid by debit card on Dec 7 2015 and I have not received the product yet its been a month. I have not received any acknowledge message or call also. I try customer support everyday but I don't get connected. once I got connected they say they will dispatch the product in 2 or 3 working days but they never did. This is not the kind of service I expect from you. please resolve this situation immediately or I will take necessary action.
