I purchase a blazzer on 23 jan 2017 & paid through punjab national bank on the same day. The order no. Is #66612. The blazzer is not delivered to me not in three month. The order is cancel from company. As money is refunded to miracas wallet but i want this money to my bank account or in my paytm wallet ([protected]). Please consider it.

Order no. 101986 dated 05.07.207 my order was cancelled by the the company after 60 days. Because they could not deliver the product at time. After cancelled they leave message to re order again if you want the product. But they did not give the refund against this order. I already paid full amount for this order. Now they did not answer the call neither give response of mail. Kindly help to return my many. I made complaint against this before...

I have placed 3 orders on miracas intrnational which are not yet delivered. One order is in transit which i do not know where is it nor i m being informed other 2 orders are lying in indian customes delhi. My order numbers are 125995, 125386abd 122082. There is no reply to my emails and the customer care is not recieving any calls. They do not even refund the money, they put the money back to miracas wallet which is of no use as it can not...

I booked a jaicket on 23rd september 2017 the order no.127533.
I paid you by debit card rs 169. Through sms you conformed it and ensured to deliver the jaicket on 11october 2017.

Inspite of full payment i have not received the jaicket yet and till today not get any information from your end.

I am khadeejah muhammed. I simply request to u to make the refund to my bank account instead of it being thr in miracas account wen it is surely certain that i cannot use the amnt. Shopping from miracas is a bad idea. Losing more money won't do any good. I have been texting them on fb nd on their site. Thr is no response. Something should be done against this fraudulent behaviour.

I guess this is a fraud company. It's been 4 months i ordered the bag and it shows the same message as stuck with customs. My order number is order #115265. They are not refunding the amount in the bank account. My friends live in pune and asked them to check whereabouts of company and they said that there is no such company in that address. I had tried to call them on the customer care but they simply hang-up the call with the same dialogue. I have order a blazer of 1800 rupee on aug19 2017 from miracas.com and its been one month product not deliver. Tracking status is custom clearance delhi same status showing for more than 10 days. I tried to reach them but no respond from them. I tried with phn no [protected] but result same no response.
My product id is 117826. Please help on this issue this site is fully fraud. They told like international only but they are not bother...

Despite my several calls and messageson miracas website, they are still not updating me the status of the remaining item of my order no. 119241. This is seriously pathetic service i have ever experienced. I need to know where my product has reached as the customer care number provided always comes out to be busy. This is the last warning to you else you are gonna face some serious consequences for it....

I ordered one product which got delivered after one and half month. But it was a defective one. Since they didn't have reverse pick up facility, so i sent back the product via courier. It has been successfully delivered to miracas but still they have not issued the voucher in my name.

Whenever i call the customer care, one standard reply 'all our customer care executives are busy'. Over mail also they are not replying. Please...
