I placed order on 13th March for 2201rs and tracking shows delivery delayed due to custom clearance from March 29. After then no news of the product even tried to contact them through phone calls, emails, messages, Facebook but no response from them. I want my product delivered or money refunded. It is really an unfortunate experience I have faced.

Updated by Peer Latif They have updated that they shipped the product through firstflight but they didn't send tracking number. I asked for the tracking number many times but in vain. I am not sure about whether they actually shipped or not.

I had ordered 3 jackets on Apr 18th and made the payment through online costing Rs 9470 but after many attempts to contact them by mails and calls which get disconnected after a automated message. I request you look upon this as soon as possible and keep me informed.

I ordered a blazer in July 2017 and yet has not been delivered.There site is flashy but there is no communication from there end .Neither there customer care number works ever.The call gets disconnected after trying for innumerous times.Also there is only net banking option for payment .inspite of this I fell for buying from this site looking at their fake promises .Don't fall their false promises. Be aware and don't make mistake.I have lost my money as it's been 2months now and have been duped for 1600 Rs. Refund policy does not refunds your money back but gives vouchers back .There is no way to get money back but to get fooled again and reorder .The order status shows shipment stuck in airport clearance.I request to stop such fake sites .
