Miracas International — Refund is not initiated | |||||
My name is sandeep. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered a one button designed simple leisure suit with order #45479 from online website of Miracas. And have returned the product through DTDC courier as the fitting is not good. and they have received the product. I have sent several messages to them but they are not responding. The customer care number is[protected]. and every time I get only one recorded message "All our reps are busy, please call back". I have sent several messages to respond and return the amount of Rs.2790 + Rs. 120 (courier charges) into the account or add to the miracas account so that I can go for the next purchase with them. Still they are not responding. Also they claim that the product will be delivered from hongkong dont know is it correct or not. Please, do the needful at the earliest. I hav orderd a jaket of green colour amount of Rs 2690 with refrence number 48262 nd EBS paymnt Id 64278365..order date is 7 december nd i havnt got ma parcel yet..plz tel me wen can i get my order..i hv called at ur customer care num bt dey are nt anwsabl at ol...Its a request frm u to inform us wen i wil get my parcel

i have order is blazer from Miracas international on 23rd of Nov
outof 3 i received 1 only at 29.12.17.
Rest order is not yet delivery no feed back from the relationship manager Carol & 100 of call to the call center
surprisingly no update on order tracks too.
Please update my quires, to avoid further actions.
