Miracle nine construction pvt ltd, owner mahesh londhe, i have paid 2.5 lakhs to this builder in 2015 last quarter, he as assured of flat possession on feb 2017 till date there is no progess in project it as it is from 2015, now i am asking return of my money but he is insisting of cancellation charges of 1 lakh, no agreement as been done by him or i have not signed any terms and conditions please

It is a fraud company and he didnt have licence also. There is one Miracle advertising is in jaipur. But i dont know he is crashing the name of MIRACLE.
