Mirik Healthfoods (P) Ltd. — Non receipt of salary & ta/da from my employer

I, joydeep sarkar was working with a company named honiton industries inc. As a sales officer-east since may'14 till january'16. Suddenly in the mid of january'16 i've received a call from new delhi introduced as the hr of mirik healthfoods & told that my cv has been shortlisted for the position of regional sales manager-east & my salary would be rs.33, 000/-p. M. As that time the undersigned was drawing salary rs.18, 000/=p. M. & the salary offered by them was quite higher in comparison the undersigned had gladly accepted the offer. Then the head of the hr of mirik asked me to make a trip for training at new delhi by train, by ac 2 tier only and the entire reimbursement for the tour would be reimbursed at their office. As per their instruction, the undersigned had traveled their delhi office, address, 105, new delhi house, 27, barakhamba road, new delhi-110001 & got the training. Please note, the undersigned also hired a hotel also at new delhi for stay from his own pocket also. But at office, when the undersigned had asked them for the delhi trip expenses reimbursement they had replied that the expenses only can be reimbursed only after submitting the all relevant paper in their own format. They have also given a bunch of visiting card & asked the undersigned to arrange to print his own name & designation & send the bill also for the reimbursement. However, the undersigned had joined with the company from 15.02.2016 & started his jobs very sincerely. He had also submitted all his expenses bills in their own format & sent by courier to their delhi office address. On 06th may, 2016, as per the terms & conditions of the company, the undersigned had called mr. Amit sahu, the all india business manager that neither the undersigned had received his salary nor the delhi expenses alongwith d. A. S as described in his appointment letter. Mr. Sahu told that as the undersigned is a new employee in the company in the company it would take more 7 to 8 days time to get the salary & other reimbursement amount. Here also please note, the courier which has been sent to delhi office of mirik, by first flight courier vide c/n no. E991b1261050 dated 10.03.16 & the same document has been already delivered to their office as on 12.03.16, which has been received by harleen kaur, any of their employees. However, in this contentious complementary & making understand by cool words, the entire march’16, the undersigned had given his full effort to work properly with mirik. On 2nd april, 2016 when he has found that the undersigned is working without salary & remuneration with his employer, he has been forced to discussed with the general manager of the company, mr. Vinod.In the span of the 10 minutes discussion, last 1 minute when the undersigned had requested the g. M. For his salary for half of february & full march’16 with other reimbursement, the g. M. Has instructed the undersigned to submit his resignation immediately & he was not ready to listen my single word even. The undersigned immediately tried to call mr. Amit sahu & mr. Rajiv kumar but their all mobile nos. Were either switch off or not responding. Till date, despite my almost 15 to 16 times emails with kind request to atleast to reimburse the salary for february, 16 from 16th to 29th & entire may’16 alongwith the d. A. S for each working days and other misc. Expenses like card printing & others with telephone calls till date, i’ve not receive even a paisa from my employer. I donot have any allegation for the sudden termination from service but atleast the expenses has been done from my pocket alongwith my working days salary should be reimbursed.
