Bought shoes from mirraw with bangles. The issue I have are the shoes. I had ordered a black one size 38 but a brown sized 40 was sent. With the other pair a sized 40 wsd sent and the beads are missing on the side..have been sending text and emails to solve this issue..everytime I send an email..a new person pops up with questions and hardly responds.
I was sent a return ticket but unfortunately we are in lockdown in Auckland Newzealand and iam unable to book a courrier as this doesn't fall into essential item..so I thought I would pay for another pair and get Mirraw to send me ..they have such bad customer service..
Can I get someone to look into this fraudulent crook customer service please

I ordered two items (Order No. M[protected] on 15th June, 2021 amounting to Ksh. 9, 890.91. I have never received any of the items to date despite several emails/calls.

When I asked for a refund, I was told that I would only be paid only Ksh. 3, 827.27 (which has still not reflected).

I tried mailing them but to no avail.

It is honestly pathetic that firstly they could not even track their own parcels whereabouts, it had not even reached its destination being Kenya. Further, they want to pay me a partial sum of money instead of the full?

It's been over 2 months now!!

I have ordered a jewellery set worth Rs 749 on 4th of August.Today is 23rd of August and i have yet not received this product.I called the customer care.They told me that there is an option of Returning of product but I can't see that option as when i am clicking on return its giving a message as return validity expired.I have not received my product so how can i click on that option of Return.I called them several times and they assured me that they will cancel my order and will refund the same but yet they have not done anything.Worse experience with this Mirraw.
I want my refund payment as soon as possible because its a delay and i dont want this product anymore.They assured that the order will be delivered within 7 working days.Its been 20 days more and i have not received my product.Very bad and worse service you have Mirraw.

Placed the Order no M[protected] on 17 July and received an email stating that the order will be delivered on 31 July. However, it is 18 August but still not received the order. I have requested for refund and cancel the order but Mirraw is not agreeing. They are saying refund and cancellation can be done only within 24 hours of placing the order. But in this circumstance they have not yet delivered the order so they are required to give refund.

Hope I am not dealing with a fraudulent company like slot of your reviews have said on various sites.

I am still awaiting full refund from Mirraw on items returned on 2 June 2021 (over six weeks ago). I also had to pay additional cost of of posting of £24 to return the items. The tracking info indicate that the items/parcel was returned to Mirraw within 10 days of posting.

However, although Mirraw Customer Services confirmed that the refund was being actioned, they consistently state that they are still waiting for the parcel/items to be received in their warehouse, which is a blatant lie!

I will never order from Mirraw again, terrible customer service!

This order from March 27th has not been processed to date but they have conveniently charged my card. This is ridiculous, bad customer service no one answers the call neither do they respond to the emails. This is a fraud company either they send defective products or never send them.

I ordered a USD75 worth silk kurti but was delivered one that did not llke the one shown on the site at all. Their customer care only sends automated replies, Please do not buy from them.

I am Neha Sethi from Pathankot Punjab. Ordered from Mirraw and have send back coat as was not of size. Courier person took order 1 and half month back, by giving us tracking number. Order reached vendor and bank details still calling daily for over month but customer care is not providing help always say request given will be processed. Please solve this and my refund back.

I had ordered four items from Mirraw on 23/03/21.
I received the first item on 26th which I had to return due to size issue.
I returned it thru the app and the delivery person came the next day to pick the item.
It is mentioned in the app that the refund amount will be refunded within 72 hours bit its been more than 1 week and they have not yet refunded my amount back.
The customer care service in the app is non existent...There was an email id mentioned in the app where I wrote mails but there is no response at all... The phone no is non existent...No reply to any of the messages.

The order was canceled by mirraw without my knowledge, which caused us deprivation, loss and dejected. If this order cannot be considered and sent to us. We are afraid my family, friends, will not continue with your services and will delete the account and mirraw app. Thank you.

I ordered saree item CCMYSS7813 on 06.02.2021 but i have not received yet. i cant track my order.lease help. i enclose the details for your references. tq

I received my order of 5 sarees. Out of 5sarees three sarees are damaged. I submitted complaint with photos of the damages. No one called or no response. I tried to call the number I found on line but that number is switched off. Mirraw is one of the worst company . No-one should order anything from these people. Really, disappointed

This company is not paying refund money of the item ordered in Nov and returned.
amount is 1199
bought and returned in November
10 to 20 times placed call still they dint give money back
they sent email saying that we credited back but there is no return money.

I have ordered 6(six) sarees agaist above order but inside parcel there were only 5(five) although total cost of Rs.2304/- for six sarees were printed on the invoice and collected from me on delivery. The 5th in the list (RAJBHOG Navy Green, Rs.359/-) was not delivered.

Kindly resolve the issue either by refunding Rs.359/- or delivering the saree with intimation to me.

Inspite of follow ups the refund is not yet given to me.just big cheaters
I want my money back.

I have ordered a product from Mirraw.But due to poor quality, I requested for a return.The product was picked on the same day of requested return.The company which picked up the product showed that product is delivered to Mirraw.It has been 20 days since then but I haven't received my refund yet.While on website, they show that the refund is completed but I haven't received any money yet.They have also failed to provide any transaction details regarding refund to the bank account.They claimed to have send email regarding confirmation of refund to registered email, when in reality there is no email attached to my Mirraw account.I registered using mobile number.I tried emailing their customer service.They keep showing that it will be refunded in 7-9 working days.But no action has been taken yet.

Order number: M[protected]. Products gave never veen delivered inspite of several emails sent. I have also been charged. I am from Mauritius. Please look into this matter. This is not a good service. A reply to my several emails at least could have been expected.
