[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — No information provided for return and refund | |||||
Hi there This is in regard with an order that I placed with mirraw on Oct 23, 2016. I ordered for a pink silk embroidered semi stitched salwar with dupatta for Rs. 1059 which was delivered to me on 31st Oct 2016. I want to return the same and have therefore been trying to get in touch with your customer care team since then on this number There has been no response and hence I even dropped several mails to them. One of their customer care executived Ms. Ruchika Jaiswal replied saying I should share the images of the product and the team will look into the issue and will update me on the same for return and refund. Its been many days and even after trying to get further information, there has been no response from Mirraw. I have no idea if I dhould courier back the item or will I ever get a refund since there is no response Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had placed an order through mirraw website on 12th oct. 16 via order no. M[protected] and my order got delivered to me on 14th oct. 16. On 18th oct. 16 i had returned the same to the vender via Blue dart courier and on same day i informed about the return and tracking details n all to mirraw customer care via email. I also received an acknowledgment of the same from thier side and assured about my refund process to be completed within 7-8 days but now its been 20 days since i returned the order still, i haven't received my refund yet. I also requsted several times about the status of the same via email but no one responded on those mails till yet. I tried to connect via phone as well on thier customer care number but there too nobody is picking up the call. It seems like my money got wasted and its really been a horrible experience of shopping with mirraw.
