Mirraw Online Services — Refund not provided | |||
I have ordered a product from Mirraw.But due to poor quality, I requested for a return.The product was picked on the same day of requested return.The company which picked up the product showed that product is delivered to Mirraw.It has been 20 days since then but I haven't received my refund yet.While on website, they show that the refund is completed but I haven't received any money yet.They have also failed to provide any transaction details regarding refund to the bank account.They claimed to have send email regarding confirmation of refund to registered email, when in reality there is no email attached to my Mirraw account.I registered using mobile number.I tried emailing their customer service.They keep showing that it will be refunded in 7-9 working days.But no action has been taken yet. I am attaching the photos of order that was placed, the pick up and the fake refund that the website is showing. Also, here are the details of the product. A) Order Number-M[protected] B) Order placed on-30/11/2020 C) Order received on-9/12/2020 D) Return initiated on-11/12/2020 E) AWB during pick up by 'Delhivery'[protected] F) Price-Rs. 779 G) Mode of payment-Bank Transfer (HDFC) H) Mode of refund requested-Cash Transfer in Bank Account I) Ticket Number assigned in customer care-#2633755 Kindly address the grievance as soon as possible.
