This ticket was raised with refund concern. After couple o[censored]pdates, they promised to give refund to my paypal account. Even after asking for my account, there was no further action. and happily the marked the issue as Resolved.

Updated by ashokchakra There was a mail that refund would be initiated and delay was escalated to Sr. Management.
But, it is already several days, no further action. Refund is not done. no response from mirraw.

Updated by ashokchakra Still waiting, no action taken from Mirraw. Money lost with mirraw once, is then impossible to get refund. for the products not delivered.

unbelievably, irresponsible customer care, and no means to contact them by phone, or email. maybe, the best way to is to go their office in person, if you can.
