Within a year of purchase of mitashi ac. Some issue related to display happened in ac. Technician visited and told a sensor needs to be changed and a complain was logged for the same in 2nd week of october 2019. Inspite of continuous followup with local tecnician, it was told that he has not recieved the product replacement yet. I called customer care they provided me the number of mr. Washim who is the service head. When i called mr. Washim he said he has already left working for mitashi long back and he don't know why his number has not been removed from the database inspite of many reminders. He provided me number of mr. Pintu based in kolkata to check with him for the status. I tried reaching him multiple times but he said he will get back to me in some time but never got a call. Again i tried reaching c. Care.. Again they said product status is in pending as that product is not available. Will receive a call from some senior guy within an hour yesterday itself.. But i havent recieved any call. Today again i called c. Care. Again the story started from start call mr. Washim and check. I am really surprised if you guys can't provide service why u cheat customer by selling product. I want my issue tl get rectify today. Its about a month i am not getting any reaponse Was this information helpful? | |

I had buy the fully automatic machine and now the dryer section it's not working. We already complaint for the same issue in September month but we didn't get any response from your side. It's really very bad service we are getting from your brand.

I bought a Mitashi split 1.5 ton ac last year. It stopped working due to some error message. When Mitashi service guy turned up, he informed me that the pcb was faulty and I must pay rs 7000 in advance for it to be repaired. i told him the Ac was under warranty but he said it doesn't matter. While repairing the ac, the gas leaked somehow and they said the R32 gas is not available at the moment and i must wait. its been two weeks and the service guy doesn't awnser my phone. Such is Mitashi service for customers. Never ever go for cheap products specially mitashi. You may pay a little less to start with but you will definitely end up paying a lot more plus mental stress is what Mitashi offers for free.😒🤦♂️
