Hi team,
I'm frustrated with your services and don’t know what services you guys are providing, we logged a complaint from last one years “n” numbers of calls done on same. Every time we get same assurance, that you will get a call in 48 hours. Every time we get a call from one of your arrogant technician by name waseem and he behaves as if he is the owner of the company and he talks very rudely not even once he turned up.
After no response, whenever we checked the status of the complaint with your customer care and surprised, the complaint has been closed due to non-availability of documents (I. E. Invoice & warranty card etc). Or showroom is closed, latest complaint was logged last week and entire day on 9th nov, 2018 i was in shop and when i cross checked today 12th nov, 2018 the arrogant technician has updated status as shop was closed.
If you guys don’t provide the services to the customer or promptly revert on customers query, then why you are selling the products. Customer care center provided contact person (Waseem -[protected]), neither they are picking up the calls nor they are fixing the issue.
Anyone can loss their patience if the issued get pending for months specially in summers, kindly understand our situation and fix the problem asap.
