Mitashi — Air conditioner is not working

Address:18-44 main road ,near ravvk cheetu street,velpur.west godavari district.AP.534222.india

The issue that I have experienced was: After purchasing the AC after one year it was installed and on 15th July 2019 It was installed in the house then after 2 to 3 month it worked nicely. later on, it is
showing F3 error on its display, even though I am complaining
continuously through mails still now NO RESPONSE
