Mitashi — complaint regarding pathetic after services.

On submitting several complaints with the customer services regarding no- cooling of air conditioner, my complaint has not been entertained till now.
I have called them telling them that no executive has visited till now and they told me to wait for 24-48 hours and executive will visit, but no one visited. It has been 7 days now and no one is arriving and the answer from customer service is still the same. I request concerned authority to look to this and kindly resolve it.
