I bought subject washing machine in earl november 2018. The machine was partially installed by co representative, which was corrected by me as under.
1. Warer connection gasket wrogly installed by rep causing continuos water leak
2. Machine under cover was not installed. (I noticed the cover in the carton while disposing the carton box)
The machine setting was not contunue fuction after an electrical failure is resumed, this problem continued until failure of machine on 2nd nov 2019.
Efforts made unsuccessfully to lodge complaint since then, then on 3rd nov 2019 complait was lodged through app.
No action, no updates, only update was parts not available. Spoke to the director of the company, still no action. Was this information helpful? |
