Mitashi — Mitashi AC Motherboard get damaged in 1 year and no service for last 10 months

I purchased Mitashi AC and it stopped working before 1 year. I tried contacting the customer case but due to the pandemic situation I could not connect with Customer care.
Before 3 months I had raised a complaint[protected]O0309. One of the service guy came to my home and he told me the motherboard had been damaged and he took the part and went.
Till now I don't have any updates and when i called customer care, even they don't have any updates.

This is a pathetic situation where AC has not been working for the last 10 months. Also I have a stabilizer installed and not sure how the motherboard got damaged.

If there is no service kindly take back the AC and please refund my money.
