I ordered mitashi ac one ton from amazon.ac is smelling at some time. I registered complaint against it in march 2018 but they closed the complaint with reason that customer didn't attend the call. But they didn't call me till date. However i tried several tyms to make contact with customer executives but they also make me fool. Even i talked to mr lalit sharma, head of mitashi rajasthan. He attended my call only one tym and after he is not attending the call. Service engineer of jodhpur saying he has some despute with company. Customer suffers between company and service engineer.
