Mitashi — No response from Customer care regarding the complaint. | |
I have purchased the Mitashi 87 L 2 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator(MSD090RF100) on 14 May 2018 from an online shopping site. Now I am facing an issue with the same that the compressor is not working. Since the compressor is in a warranty period of 5 years, I registered a complaint on Sep 1st. They replied to the mail that the complaint has been registered, further which no action has been taken. I sent multiple follow up emails which are not replied to also their customer care phone number as well as the head office phone number is not reachable at any given point time.
