We bought a 2 ton mitsubishi electric ac on feb, 2017 and had spent a lot on it with great expectations. But, sadly, the ac has never worked properly and the service personnel had to visit a lot of times for different issues such as smell, no proper cooling etc etc. Just after a year, the ac stopped cooling completely and the dealer said that we would have to pay rs. 18, 000/-. We didn't want to waste our money and made a direct complaint to the company and i wanted to proceed legally against them. They repaired it and said that there would not be any issue again. Now, again there is the same issue this year in 2020. Never had we had any peace with the ac and we regret getting the ac from the company. We spent close to one lakh on a single unit and got nothing from it. Now, the repair estimate is rs. 23000/-who, in their right mind would spend that much on a faulty machine? What can be done to the company and dealer for defrauding like this? Was this information helpful? |
