Mitsubishi Electric India — Air Conditioner Not Working

Dear Team,

I bought a air conditioner of Mitsubishi Heavy Duty company on Apr'2019 with extended warranty of 4 year with sargam. My complaint was registered in Saragm Electonics, Preet Vihar, Delhi against complaint ID - 219272 against the WAC WRK18MA1-6 on[protected]. Your executive visited my house and very well did their job. But the problem is he charge Rs. 300 as service charges from my mother when I was not at home which are not acceptable at any cost. As sales man describe at the time of warranty any kind of charges are not chargeable against the extended warranty. There are two things which shows me (i) Either you are not given the proper salary to your employee (ii) Or your sales man makes false statement to your customers. In both conditions this is not acceptable. Because customer who already paid Rs. 5000 as extra warranty that are meaningless.
