I ankit mittal resident of sonipat, sector 15, have purchased mitsubishi electric ac, model number mugk24va on 13th october 2021 (The copy of bill of which is attached below). From the very first day it was not giving required cooling even on 17 degree & i raised complaint against this malfunctioning of the product by calling the service provider in chandigarh but, no one is ready to solve this issue and above all they harassed me by using harsh language. On a daily basis new labour is coming i am really tired of all this.
I got even more surprised when the people from the service team detected the gas leakage from the new product & still refused to replace it with another new one rather wanted to just fill in the gas which would be an unsatisfactory process for me as i have spent a huge amount on it & want a complete worth of it because i am dealing with a brand.
I want you to either refund the whole amount spend by me or replace the given product with a new one.
Requesting you to look into the matter & sort it out as soon as possible else, i will seek legal action against the company.
