Hello, i am mohini sharma, I Purchased a 3 star 1.5 ton mitsubishi company's ac, model number of MS-GK 18 VA Sr. No. 9025994T 9026795T from agrawal brothers Mandla madhya pradesh pin code 481661 on 25/06/2020. For installation the sent some local unprofessional mechanic. With in two months it's performance started deteriorating. On complaint the dealer again sent the same mechanic and he clean the air filter and said now it is a 2 month old system that is why not cooling properly. In this summer again i complain, This time a mitsubishi authorized mechanic came to attend the ac and he informed me that installation was not done properly and some gas pipe was left untied/loosen that is why the gas has been leaked. He said you would have to pay for gas refill even it is under warranty because the installation was carried out from some unauthorized mechanic instead of the company's mechanic. So i request you to kindly repair the ac asap, refill the gas and do proper installation so that my purpose of purchasing it to beat the heat of this summer get solved. The would have sent it's authorized mechanics at the time of installation then this problem may not arise. Clearly it's a fault at dealer's/company's end so they must bear for it.
