Mitsubishi Electric India — mitsubishi & dealer cheated me

Respected sir,

06th may 2016 i bought a/c from (Southcity aircon j-37 lajpat nagar 2nd, new delhi 110024 tel-[protected] india)

I bought aluminium coil & i paid 1500 hundred extra to fix leakage problem in future... Also 900 hundred for indoor coating this is also for leakage fixing...

Normally one or two services required in a season, but in my a/c i have taken 3 to 4 services from company which was free, & within the season i got leakage problem too which is sorted out in warranty period... & in this season 4 services done from local area... Literately i was frustrated with this problem.. So i called to southcity aircon (Mr. Gagan) he promise to sort out this.. His mechanic came & check finally he said due to dust problem a/c isn't working & 1500hundred will be charge or you can talk to my supervisor then i called him he said 2000rupees will be charged... So i called my local mechanic he said there is no gas also he shown me something new... Basically root cause of my problem which is i'm shearing you.. Now you can see clearly in my bill they have mentions coating of indoor but have a look of indoor there is no coating & they charged money for coating... See the (Img[protected]jpg) as discussed with my mechanic about this stain (This spray used when coating not done) now my quastion is southcity aircon such a big dealer & doing cheating (Telephonic conversation with the supervisor i share him all the details of bill & said i will complain to head office then he didn't reply after some time he called to my father & said to him uncal don't get angry i ll' fix all your problems free of cost don't complain to anyone or do whatever you can isn't it threatening...???)

Now i have a few questions...??

1, how they are ready to fix my problem free of cost???

2, how he can threatening to customer.. Now i'm giving you free of cost & if you complain nothing will happen...???

3, within the season leakage problem in mitsubishi???

4, in next season again same leakage problem there is no gas in my a/c again??? In my last service what they did again i got the same problem???

6, how it could be possible in mitsubishi is a big & expensive japanese brand. Japan is a most quality conscious country in the world in respect of quality how its possible???

7, what to do now??? I'm suffering this problem will be fix or not???

So many time i mailed & called to customers care & all related concern person but no response...

My trium is off for many days i lost my Mitsubishi trium charger and i am requested to give me address of to i take the charger from shopkeeper
