Mitsubishi Electric India — Shouting & demanding money for visit itself & they don't want to resolve the issue

Mr Madhu owner, he sent his service people to my house, they fixed nothing, service engineers even know about it, in my ac some chip is burned, they told that they don't have that electronic chip, they sent and tried outside shop, they didn't get it, and they told there could be some other issue too we can't figure it out, they asked 1000₹ has advance, i told 500, then those engineers told issue is something big, without that chip they can't solve it, i felt unsatisfied with solution provided, so i told solve it and get the payment... When I called the owner, he shouted so rude, that we need to pay if they come itself, even if they don't resolve the issue... Very unprofessional behaviour, should learn manage the temper, very very short tempered person, did't even give time explain, started shouting.. i felt very scared and uncertain, i just said is this the way you talk to customers, no one will stay with you sir... Please 🙏 train or remove such unprofessional from work...
