We have purchased 2 mitsubishi heavy industries ac from ‘future solutions’ dealer, ahmedabad in june 2017. Both the units are not giving cooling since day 1. Since we have shifted to the new premises only in april 2018, we had not used the acs for 1st 10 months. We have been complaining to our dealer since 2 months now.
They tried their best to convince us that cooling is proper but when we asked them to check with their thermometer, they realised that none of the acs is able to give indoor air temperature below 23 degree & 25 degree respectively even with setup temperature of 18 degree. Since the indoor airflow temp is only 23-25 degree, the room temp does not come below 30-33 degree. So we asked them to replace both the acs as they are in warranty period. However, they extended time with site visits with different staff every time and finally came to conclusion that something is wrong. They are unable to find the problem till date. But even then they are unable to provide replacement. They come out with different reasons for lack of cooling but if we ask them to replace it with our other brand’s ac, they say it is not comparable. Infact we have installed more expensive mitsubishi heavy industries acs instead of other low cost brands.
We hope you will take proper interest in our case and resolve the issue with urgent replacement since we have been dragged into unnecessary urge to believe that everything is working fine since last 2 months. Both the machines are still in warranty so please do not give any vague answer in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
