Mivi — Got defective Mivi Roam2

Hi,

I bought two Mivi Roam2 from Flipkart, it got it delivered on 16th Jul 2022, From delivery date to till now the battery is draining instantly in one speaker, but on another speaker it's fine.

I trying so long to reach mivi on customer care number(which they mentioned on their website [protected]), but the call is on hold and no one is picking up.

Wasted so much time and got frustrated because of this.

As this on warranty and Not even more than two months, Kindly do the needful.
