My (Shan P B - Mobile No. [protected]) MIVI Home Theatre forwarded for repairs and rectifying the defect due to sound and sub woofer. But the same product returned without rectifying the complaint and returned back damaging the product.
I had already informed about the sound complaint to FLIPKART to MIVI initially within the first 7 days. At that time it was informed that other than physical damages, no replacement is allowed.
After 3 months I have applied for warranty. Warranty confirmed, and informed about the complaint. After 20 days it item received back, without rectifying the complaint. The item received with physical damages especially remote completely broken into pieces.
