Mivi — Never trusted this company (Mivi collar 2 earphones

I Purchased an earphone though Amazon, seeafter somedays there is a problem in it. Complaint raised but after even two (2)months, customer care executive said that wait for 10-12 more. Product is out of stock.if they don't have product, why not they close their company or if they don't stand on their words, then why they provide guarantee. Going forward I will never buy products from this company. It my suggestion please don't go for this company's product even if they provide you for free.
