Mivi — sent used product in wet and unprotected single plastic bag | |||||
Wrote the following message to mivi. This is the third day, still no response. They are waiting to say that my 7 day return window has closed. Also filed a complaint on their website. No response. During product shipping (Which was the cheapest form of shipping used) i was in contact with mivi... Plenty of communication. They sent a used product in wet box without any protection (Just a plastic bag!). Here is the email i sent them to which they have not replied: _ Finally just received these products. Many problems: (1) outer packing is just an amazon bag. The boxes had no protection. Never seen this before in many years of ordering... Especially with such high cost electronic items; (2) desktop charger box was wet and bent; (3) desktop charger had no plastic sleeve (The wall charger did have it); (4) desktop charger had no plastic peel-off sticker (The wall charger did have it); (5) desktop charger had no cardboard protection inside like the wall charger did; (5) the desktop charger is clearly not sealed and new I have not tested to see if it works, but knowing its condition, there is no way that i could trust that the heat and surge protection has not been damaged. There are many usb ports available. The only reason i bought mivi was because of the protection. I am truly disgusted at what i saw today after receiving the product. Please send me a return shipping label for the desktop charger and process full refund. _ Was this information helpful? | |||||

Got product delivery but it's damage & i raised that issue in MIVI they arranged a reverse pickup for that but it's been a long week i didn't get any reverse pickup till yet.

I was defective
I applied for a replacement
They took a pickup
And after then no status
They are not giving any update
I have email them many times
Its been more than 20 days
