Mjp Rohilkhand University — submission of fee for bed.transaction failure

I am forwarding the following details for your kind perusal.
Namrata khare reg no.[protected], roll no 60041094 wants to seek help for problem during payment of b. Ed. Admission. My first two transactions for b. Ed admission were not completed but amount was debited from our accounts. Details of both the transactions are as follows :
First transaction through hdfc bank faizabad
Details are as follows:

Note:- as per information given by the hdfc bank that the amount is credited to the university (Merchant) reference number at billers end : [protected]-008336120190614142357481 - 2243.
Second transaction through state bank of india (Sbi) faizabad

Note:- as per information given by the sbi that the amount is credited to the university (Merchant), reference number qsbi[protected]

In both the transactions, mention above university website has not issued any allotment letter as a confirmation of payment.
Finally third time i made payment (As it was the last date for addmission) through hdfc debit card and university issued allotment letter to me.

Now i request you kindly revert my amounts of two non matured transactions, which were not completed at university end.
For my single seat i payed fee three times and the third one was successful but the status of my money around 92, 5000 is still not known to me, which i submitted through your website.
