I have purchased l shape sofa and hanging chair from chitrawali showroom, deoghar. My sofa is defective from beginning. Myself hanging chair is broken down due to which my family member thai is broken. I have spent 1.50 lac on his treatment. I complained your company showroom chitrawali, deoghar regarding change of defective sofa and broken hanging chair and compensation of treatment of rs 1.50 lac. Your company have changed hanging chair but your company has not changed me sofa and compensate me treatment cost rs 1.50 lac. However total business loss is rs 8.00 lac due to thai broken.
