I have purchased a dining set from Mobel India Pvt. Ltd. at Merlin Homeland, 18B, Asutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata- 700020 vide Order No. 47848 and P.I No. HML01189 on 03rd of October, 2021 against 100% advance payment. The product was supposed to be delivered on 09th of October, 2021 but it was not delivered. 0n 30/1/2020 i tumpa bhattacharyya bought a 6 chair dining set and book shelf from mobel furniture madhyamgram at 76000 rupees. At first one of the chair were found broken and after many request of exchange they did it but they repaired the same broken chair without exchange.. But again after some day later i found one of the leg of chair is loosening.. Now i am constantly calling them but none of them receiving it.. They are cheaters......

My sofa cum bed +1+1 =3 pcs were supposed to deliver by your vip road store on 12/10/19 against order no; 6938, dt. 24.09.19 & full payment was also made on 26.09.19 for the order. But after many persuasions only one piece is delivered yesterday 20.10.19, rest delivery is silent at your vip store. The dealing official are ms. Uttara, mr. Kunthal and mr. Pritam. I am not getting proper response from them eventually they represent the matter...

Mobel are a big cheater... they cheat customer Nd the behavior of the staff are very rude... we have taken bed Nd wardrobe on 24 December 2017 from Merlin Homeland but they harassed us Nd they lost the bill Nd asking for the money again.. one of the staff name Tanmoy Khamaru he cheated Nd lied that this furniture r made of ply Nd they hv gvn the paper board stuff... and they delivered my stuff after one month which is end of January 2018......
