Mobel India Pvt. Ltd. — Product not delivered

I have purchased a dining set from Mobel India Pvt. Ltd. at Merlin Homeland, 18B, Asutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata- 700020 vide Order No. 47848 and P.I No. HML01189 on 03rd of October, 2021 against 100% advance payment. The product was supposed to be delivered on 09th of October, 2021 but it was not delivered. When I called the transport person Mr.Bhaskar he told me that he will not be able to deliver the product by 09th of October, 2021 moreover he was not sure when he could be able to deliver it. Hence, I called the store and spoke with Sales Executive Ms. Sharmila but she was clueless and handed the phone over to the store manager Mr.Ravi who told me that he has dispatched the product and he will not be able to help me regarding the delivery. Also Mr. Ravi was very hostile and rude. I got agitated and told him to refund my money as he could not deliver the product, to my utter surprise Mr. Ravi told me to contact the Police to get the refund. I want to get the product I ordered by 10/10/2021 by 3:00 pm or I want my money to be refunded.
