Mobells.in — order cancelled by merchant yet amount not debited my account

I ordered a 5d tempered glass for my phone on the 10th of july, 2019 and haven't received the order yet. There are no replies either to my mails and calls. I have paid the amount online and i doubt if i will get any refund even if i cancel the order.
