I ordered a 5d tempered glass for my phone on the 10th of july, 2019 and haven't received the order yet. There are no replies either to my mails and calls. I have paid the amount online and i doubt if i will get any refund even if i cancel the order.

I placed an order on 18th may 2018 with order no. As 120198 via online payment of ₹199/- and also have canceled the order from my end due to their delaying process of delivering the product but till yet i. E. 29th june 2018 i haven't got the refund for the canceled order.

I tried to contact mobells.in support team but no one turned up to answer my call neither by email.

This is the last hope which i am logging...

I placed my order for "XIAOMI REDMI 4 - 5D EDGE TO EDGE BLACK TEMPERED GLASS" on 18th May, 2018 via online payment of ₹199/- from website www.mobells.in but till yet my order has not been delivered to me.

I tried to call on their customer support via email and phone but none of them replied to it. So, I forcefully had to cancel the product so that at least I should get my money refunded to my account but for this also no...

I have ordered iphone screen card on 27-dec-2017 and the product was not delivered to me and they mentioned the reason like we cant track the address, later the order was cancelled and no refund was issued. This is a fraud company where they are just cheating the customers. I want my refund or i will file the required complains in the consumer court.

Hi team,

Just now i received the order from courier guy [protected], i called him to return but he told to contact customer care. The number is switched off... Please replace the tempered glass. I received the broken glass.

Hi,

I had placed on order in mobells.in on 3rd April with order I'd : 62439.
But after placing the order not a single intimation is done about the product.
I tried calling, emailing, reaching them through their Facebook page but still no words from them.
Calling the customer care number is useless as it keeps ringing and on disconnect sends a thank you message.

Please help me on this.br...
