Mobells.in — order yet not delivered

I placed my order for "XIAOMI REDMI 4 - 5D EDGE TO EDGE BLACK TEMPERED GLASS" on 18th May, 2018 via online payment of ₹199/- from website www.mobells.in but till yet my order has not been delivered to me.

I tried to call on their customer support via email and phone but none of them replied to it. So, I forcefully had to cancel the product so that at least I should get my money refunded to my account but for this also no one is taking action into it and I seem to be as helpless.

So, as the last hope I'm logging the complaint against this website www.mobells.in located at:-
