Mobikwik — about recharge amount

Hi, on 23/03/2015 110 rupees wallet balance is used for mobile recharge. but the recharge is unsuccessful. I selected IDEA. But by default it selects BSNL . no amount or no message is coming to my mobile and money can't be return to my Mobikwik wallet.
