Mobikwik — account blocked for raihan

I have an account in mobikwik with following details. Md raihan, [protected]. Generally i didn't use it much. Suddenly in recent past i was trying to access my account and gave incorrect pin multiple times in hurry so my account got locked. Since then i have been trying hard with mobikwik support to unblock my account but they are asking me to upload self signed pan card or aadhar card and bank statement in which mobikwik debit or credit info is available. I contacted multiple times and uploaded documents but no response unfortunately. I have rs 399 stuck over there, unable to do anything with that. I didn't understand what kind of process mobikwik is following to unblock or it's a scam to take out public money. Kindly help and take appropriate action against them to get my money back.
