[Resolved] Mobikwik — account has been disabled [protected] | |||
From 11th february 2019 onwards i am not able to login my account. I have receving a message "user disabled" I have tried to contact them and raised a query, but til now there is no reply from them. I have tried to end email to their email id "[protected]@mobikwik.com And [protected]@mobikwik.com but no reply from thier side. There around 1000 rupees in my wallet. I have already given them my aadhar and pan details and my kyc is validated. Hii I Have Done Transaction Of Rs 1139 Of Light Bill Payment But Cozz Of Some Technical Issue It Get Failed But My Money Deducted From My Account And It's Not Showing In Transaction History Too After Complaining I Have Not Get Any Kind Of Reply Or My Money From Mobiqwik They Cheated With Me.
