Mobikwik — account is showing error user is disabled

My account having mail id fernandes. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no[protected] has been disabled for past 5 to 6 months ago. Despite sending request over mail they are not paying heed towards customer concern. Even they not replied my mail. I have even called the customer service there never resolved my problem so pls help me to open the app its very bad experience if you cannot resovle the customer complaints then pls close down the app
