Mobikwik — Activation of zip account in mobikwik app without my knowledge.

I found a offer in my jio app that says upto Rs100 cash back when paid through mobikwik upi id. And i got cash back of Rs27.25 in my mobikwik account. This was the reason to use mobikwik app.To use the cashback today morning on july 26 2021, I recharged for a number, i was expecting for the payment page. Unfortunately the money was charged from the zip account which was inbuilt account in the mobikwik app along with the cashback amount. Charged cashback amount is not an issue at all. Charging from my zip account is the issue. As per mobikwik Rs99 will be charged for activation of the zip account. The main use of the zip account is the account has 2500 as a loan amount with 0% interest but with Rs 99 activation charge. I am not ready to use this feature. In mobikwik app i did not see any options called activate to activate my zip account, instead there was a option called "manage". When i clicked manage, a page oppened showing that the zip account have been activated. But the truth is the zip account was not really activated by deducting Rs99 but it was a show off. So i thought that to activate zip account the first step is to pay Rs99. I think that will show the company's trust.
When i recharged for that number the charges was deducted from the zip account. And now i am in a situation to pay the activation charges Rs99 forcefully. While checking whats going on in the app, i found that automatic payment through zip account is turned on. This is realy unfair. The terms and condition also says that not paying the amount will affect my cibil score. My question is are the blackmailing. Every citizen in the country dont have the time to analyse what is the app about. But still mobikwik should have given an option in the name 'activate', instead of giving an eye washing name 'manage' and activating without my knowledge. This is realy unfair. This is a crime. This kind of looting will only irritate common indian people only. So kindly do a favor me to get this issue solved.
