Amount deposited in bank not credited in wallet

I have deposited Rs 12000 in mobikwik wallet on 11 August 2017 through cash deposit at ICICI Bank Pitampura Branch. This amount is still not credited in my mobikwik wallet. I have contacted both mobikwik and icici bank. Neither mobikwik is crediting my money in wallet nor icici bank giving me a charge back. Kindly help....

Mobikwik is calling and sending me daily sms to settle 318 bill and which i didnot use a single penny, they without my confirmation activated zip on 100 rs and they then increased it to 318 with penalty, it is a scam and fraud .Please help me my number is [protected]

    I did a recharge of mtnl [protected]. The Recharge failed but the amount got debited from my bank account. Amount of rs 149

      I made payment for redmi mobule from mobikwik app and payment deducted but order is not placed and i have called xiomi and raised complaint but there have been 7 days from the day i made complaint but no action is made .I want refund but refund is not coming

          This is Ashish Kumar Srivastava from Kanpur i have purchase some items from flipkart dated on 14th April 2021 i have done two payment at flipkart one amount is 799+407 = 1206/- and second is = 1139/-. THIS AMOUNT CUT FROM MY BLUE CARD.
          SOME REASONS I AM CANCELLING THIS ORDER AT FLIPKART DATED ON 21ST APRIL 2021 . MY FIRST AMOUNT (1206/-) IS REFUND FROM FLIPKART DATED ON 21ST APRIL 2021 BUT 1139/- AMOUNT IS NOT REFUND TO MY MOBIKWIK BLUE CARD I AM LODGE COMPLAIN SO MANY TIME IN MOBIKWIK CUSTOMER BUT NO BODY IS NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM SO ITS MY REQUEST YOU PLEASE SEE MY COMPLAIN AND TAKE THE ACTION AGINT MY COMPLAIN.

            A representative [protected] called from shinecareers told me they are in charge of recruitments for British school they provide recruitment for premium customers only.
            Asked me to pay SR.10, need to download their app also he send me link via sms https://shinecareers.in/app.apk as shown in photo.

            First time trying to pay RS. 10.00 it showed payment error and he asked to try again shortly after I received sms from bank that RS. 1, 500.00 is debited from my account, When I checked statement its been diverted to a mobikwik account .

            Transaction Amount-- ₹1, 500.00, Transaction Id-S63533032, Transaction Description-TO ECM/6409/MOBIKWIK MOBIKWIK, Account-XXXXXXXXXX0517-Date - 26 Jul 2021

            Now he is asking to send him ID proofs for getting a full refund. Which I did not.

            Kindly help me to get a refund I have attached my call logs, SMS, and Bank debit details.

              I found a offer in my jio app that says upto Rs100 cash back when paid through mobikwik upi id. And i got cash back of Rs27.25 in my mobikwik account. This was the reason to use mobikwik app.To use the cashback today morning on july 26 2021, I recharged for a number, i was expecting for the payment page. Unfortunately the money was charged from the zip account which was inbuilt account in the mobikwik app along with the cashback amount. Charged...

                Dear Sir,

                I had booked one ticked from Kazipet to Hyderabad Transaction Id -[protected] and the charge is 124.77.
                Where as my account got debited with Rs.187.22. which is approx Rs.63 more than the required ticket amount.
                Would request to return the amount.

                          I have added Rs. 470.89 to Mobikwik wallet on 27.05.202, amount deducted from SBI account but not reached in to my Mobikwik wallet, after this waited for 2-3 days but nothing was refunded in my SBI account as failed transaction, checked my SBI net banking it is showing that Rs. 470.89 transferred to "Mobikwik Gurgaon". Regarding this matter I have contacted to Mobikwik customer care and registered my complaint on dt. 11.06.2021 complaint No. is 19556937 and from that day contacted them about 6 -7 times but they always said we are enquiring, your matter highlighted, you will get resolution in 6-7 days, etc.

                          Doing all this from my side but no solution provided from the Mobikwik just making fool to me.

                            Totally im been cheated twice to made payment by fraud. Without giving payment option taken payment from zip pay later which is really not required so i cancelled my order and initiated for refund also i requested to deactivate zip paylater on MobiKwik many times. To the incorrect mode i cancelled the product which cost 330 refund has been brought jiomart also they confirmed but not provided by mobikwik. I made to pay 50 penalty now = 380.

                            Until today not received my refund and their continuos calls and forces to pay bill made me pay 380 rupees.

                            380+330 = 710 ive been cheated for my cancelled order. Without buying any product how will pay twice. Think!

                            Mobikwik not provided the refund back: VMBK[protected]

                            And called continuously and forced to pay the amount. I have explained many times as this was a cancelled order the refund would be compensated but they made me so fear through now i paid 380 bill for 330 with penalty of rs 50 without buying a product.                                 My wallet is on hold, I do not know the reason, I might have open the account years back but tried to login as I wanted to use it. But I saw the user is disabled so I ask the helpdesk to open the account. But they ask me to send my Aadhaar, and other KYC along with Bank Passbook copy through email, I ask them those are sensitive document and they, being a financial institution can not ask to send a sensitive document via email. The email transition are never secured and as per the Cybersecurity Norms, they shoulddn't ask anyone to send KYC via email and they should be in complience with global Cybersecurity Norms. When I ask them to open my account in restricted mode so that I can upload the KYC directly into their server they keep asking me to send via email.

                                If they do not even know the security threat while transitioning document via email, how can we be sure that our money will be secure with them ?

                                  Dear MobiKwik,
                                  I was trying to purchase a single burner stove from Sunflame's website for which I paid Rs 2690/-. The payment was done through the MobiKwik payment gateway and the transaction was successful. However, when redirecting the payment to Sunflame's website, it got stuck and the payment wasn't sent.

                                  Payments are often reversed back in such cases, but the money has not yet been refunded to me. Kindly check from your end if you have received any money from this transaction id.
